To help get you in the festival vibe, there will be face painting, a glitter bar, henna artist, hair braiding, glow-sticks, flower hair garlands and festival style clothes stores for you to peruse.

PARKING - If you can, please walk. But if you do need to drive, there is parking on any of the local roads, or in Western Road Carpark. Please remember the village hall car park has a 3 hour limit.

TICKETS - Can I buy on the day? - Yes if there are any left, last year we sold out. Are the tickets refundable - Unfortunately no as we have huge outlays for the band, stage, sound system, and activities - we are unable to offer this.

WHAT'S INCLUDED - All activities are included, so once you have your wrist band, you are all set. Food and drink, hair braiding, face painting, henna stalls are all extra.

CAN WE BRING FOOD AND DRINK - You are more than welcome to bring food for babies and toddlers as well as for anyone with special dietary requirements. Otherwise, please use the vendors we have brought in. Due to licensing, no alcohol is allowed to be brought in. There will many drink options at the Bar.

CAN I DROP KIDS AND GO - All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult on site.

ALLERGIES / FOOD OPTIONS - Most of the food trucks will cater for Gluten Free, Vegan, and/or Vegetarian. Please check directly with each vendor!

RUBBISH - There will be plenty of bins dotted around the site. We ask that you kindly find a bin to dispose of your rubbish and help us keep the area as clean as possible - THANKS!

ARE DOGS ALLOWED - Unfortunately, due to this being on school grounds, dogs are not allowed

WAIVER REQUIREMENT

Everyone who participates in the activities at the festival are required to accept the waiver terms and conditions as part of the booking process

LOST KIDS - Lost kids will be with St John's Ambulance.

CAN I BRING A GAZEBO - Yes, but any gazebo needs to set off to the side.

SMOKING - is not permitted on site
